Its quite simple. The answer is 13 teams. Again, there are 13 teams. You have to take 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, because a team will be deducted each time, and if it does not count
If only 1 team have played no games.
2 teams play ⇒ 1
3 teams ⇒ 3-Play
4 teams ⇒ 6 Games
etc.
The team has created yet another league, an additional n (-1) matches, so that the total number of matches = 0 +1 +2 +3 No Date +...+(- 1).
