Gain weight meal plan?any ideas?help? - weight gain meal plan

I asked a similar question, because I am very easy and very recently on a stone and a half if I had a bit of weight naturally anyway.

If the IVE attempts to healthy weight with good food and lots of them. I Femine muscle tone and more and you will find information about the men increased muscle activity, so I do not know if I'm going because I really do not want big as cleaners, lol.

So I will now:

large bowl of shredded wheat
2 slices with peanut butter generously

I Weights and after eating something with protein like

Eat fruit / crackers are always hungry

Lunch:
Wholesale cheee cream sandwich bread, salmon
Other fruits

Snack:
Crackers, cottage cheese

Dinner:
Rice, chicken, vegetables

Snack late at night
Peanut butter on toast

Okay, do you?
I am currently 100 pounds, 5 feet 6

and I would like ideally to 120, if not a little more, but I want the burden of essentially WeldingMuscle!
Please help!
