Supercharging a Scion xB? - scion xb supercharger

I wondered what it take to would improve the Scion xD.
I know that TRD has a compressor for it and it has a warranty, but you do not know much about compressors in general.

1. Why should I replace the parts that I no problem with the SC?

2. not absorb the gas, and if so, it is a way to slow the momentum, like a turbocharger?

3. Do we have an oil change, and if so, is it do for me?

4. What can I do to reduce wear on the engine?

I'm really nothing of compressors, for I was more interested in turbos.
